Qualifications

The new main “TURBOTIM” workshop is located in Ras Al Khaimah U.A.E., and its branch in Dubai.
A- TURBOTIM is certified engineering solutions facility:

• ISO 9001:2015 by TCCPL, Cert. No.: Q-9710103282, (United Accreditation Foundation).

• ISO 14001:2015 by TCCPL, Cert. No.: E-9710103283, (United Accreditation Foundation).

• OHSAS 18001:2007 by TCCPL, Cert. No.: OH-9710103284, (United Accreditation Foundation).

Staff Qualifications & Training

In order for Turbotim to achieve its quality target, the certifications requirements, maintain high level of awareness in regards the health and safety, and keeping update with newest technology; we establish a seminars and trainings facility, to ensure all our staff have proper skill, knowledge and attitude toward our company policy, follow the international standard, and achieve our quality target.

• Third party and in house training are scheduled on regular basis to train our staff.

• Qualifications are maintained for our inspectors (NDT, Visual, MPI, UT,…etc) and welders by authorized third party.

Equipment Calibrations

• All instruments are calibrated using a certified master gauge.
• All equipment are calibrated by an authorized third party (Cranes, Ovens, Welding Machines …etc).

Utility

Our Quality Control facility contains a variety of testing equipment to achieve the highest quality control of designing and production, such us:

Stationary Hardness Tester: The TH320 is a digital Rockwell Hardness Tester, featuring Horizontal protruding nose design tasting internal and external surfaces of rings, round bars...etc.

Portable Hardness Tester: The TH110 it’s a digital and portable Hardness Tester, will be used on the shop floor and on site, to insure the quality of the product on each step of manufacturing.

Material Analysis: The PMI-MASTER PRO is a robust mobile optical emission spectrometer for the precise analysis and material identification of different metals, the measurement is performed by an "easy to handle" pistol. The material grade and chemical composition appears in only a few seconds on the integrated touch screen display.

Ultrasonic Flaw Detector: The TUD310 is the lightest and most portable ultrasonic flaw detector available; The TUD310 is designed for ease of prolonged operation in the harshest inspection environments in the oil and gas, aerospace, power generation and automotive industries.

Radiographic Inspection: such as those carried out in fabrication yards the oil and gas, in power plants, automotive sector and in general engineering.
